The Grizzlies Elite Basketball Club team are an AAU registered team but is not affiliated with any specific school or league. We are headquartered out of Hendersonville, TN and are comprised mainly of 13U and 17U boys from Sumner and Davidson counties. Our program focuses on training for and participating in travel an AAU tournaments. Winning is not everything but it is important for confidence building and this program prioritizes winning.

 

In 2015, a local high school varsity assistant basketball coach, Terrence Williams launched the Goodlettsville Grizzlies travel team. Coach Williams' original team and subsequent teams were comprised largely of Sumner County, TN players that were playing in the 16U and 14U youth basketball divisions. The program went on to compete as both the Goodlettsville Grizzlies and the TN Grizzlies and began attracting players from surrounding counties such as Robertson and Davidson. In 2020, Coach Williams selected one of his former players to lead the program forward. 

 

The Grizzlies Elite 12U is not a cookie cutter youth basketball program. This club team and training academy is uniquely formatted for local players that want to be impact players on their school teams throughout Sumner, Robertson and Davidson counties. We believe that with proper communication between coaches, players and parents, we can foster the right environment to produce focused, highly skilled players with high basketball IQ and good sportsmanship!
