Our program is high intensity and is based on balance, core strength, agility and building overall strength along while quickly improving shooting/dribbling/defending skills. Our tournament preparation practices and skills/drills sessions last 1 and a half hours and will push players mentally and physically to improve their game and confidence after each session. Parents and players should be prepared to attend 2-3 practices per week but depending on tournament preparation there could be additional practices per week. These practices will be held at locations in Goodlettsville and Hendersonville. The training we engage in is best suited for players that can commit and consistently attend practices and other team activities.
